Sr. Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Position: Sr. Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant Duration: 1 3 months Chicago, IL or Remote Client is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Payroll & OTL, who is clever, curious and energized by solving problems and improving our customers' lives. You'll collaborate with a talented and supportive team to continuously deliver new and exciting innovations to our clients. What You'll Do Responsible for analyzing and resolving functional and technical problems of supported applications including HR, Payroll, OTL and related modules. Provide subject matter expertise on one or more Oracle EBS and Cloud HCM modules - Core HCM, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Manager Self-Service, Employee Self-Service. Ability to understand integrations with other modules with other Oracle suite of modules. Support multiple customer on HR, Payroll, OTL and related modules both in EBS and Cloud. What You'll Bring Experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules is a must. Experience level should be 10 plus years with 1 - 3 full life cycle implementations experience. Experience handling Implementations, Upgrades, Roll outs and Systems Integration assignments for worldwide customers. Proficiency in Oracle E-business Suite in HR, OTL and Payroll modules implementation Exposure towards Hire to Retire process. Understanding the integration between HR and Financial modules Must be willing to work with team members in Offshore/Onshore for task delivery. Must have ability to communicate with Client's or Client team members as appropriate Orally and in writing. Experience on Fusion HCM and Talent Management Modules Possess business acumen with in depth understanding of HCM business operation flows. Ability to demonstrate industry specific solution rather than a standard solution. Must have knowledge of Fast Formulas and ability to work with them in all HCM modules. Capability to troubleshoot and provide quality problems resolution. Ability to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to write basic queries for issue resolution would be helpful. Ability manage a team and ensure quality delivery. Ability to provide estimations and good at project management activities.
