Sr. Systems Analyst - CA PPM - Chicago, IL - Full time perm $120-125K plus 13% bonusJob Purpose: This position is responsible for designing enhancements and new business applications and/or information systems solutions through integration of technical and business requirements; serving as technical designer to identify best solution and resulting technical specifications within limits of code environment; linking Business Analyst needs and Architect definition to technical solutions.Required Job qualification -• Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.• Experience of CA PPM application configuration and limitations• Configure Clarity (CA PPM) translating requirements into design and workable solution.• Knowledge of Big Data Analytics - HAVeN / HADOOP/ Autonomy / Vertica• Knowledge of cloud computing (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS) technologies.• Architecture Knowledge of CA PPM in SaaS / PaaS and limitations• Knowledge of DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools. (Jira, Rally, Bamboo, GitHub, Jenkins).• SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development• Teamwork and collaboration.• Rapid prototyping• Requirements definition & management.Preferred Job Qualifications: • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology related• At least 5 years of experience in functional modules (like Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Time Sheet Management, Financial Management, Demand Management and jasper reports) of CA PPM.• Good understanding of CA PPM Administration like Time Period Setup, Resource Setup, Project Financials, User Security, Jobs setup and scheduling, Jaspersoft Report scheduling, Financial setup, new UX• Extensive experience in GEL Script, REST API, Process automation, Integrations, XOG• At least 2-3 years’ experience in CA PPM 15.x in using CA PPM Clarity Studio, new UI functionalities, capabilities and configuration.• Knowledge of report development Jaspersoft will be added advantage.• Troubleshooting issues related to various modules in CA PPM for users• Resolves incidents and fulfills requests using incident and request management • Interact with Vendor Support to resolve issues related to environment, performance etc• Proactively identifies problems, root cause and permanently resolves problems.• Good Data Architecture knowledge of the CA PPM Product• Ability to execute requirements into solution.• Experience working with onshore/offshore team and leadership skills• Experience handling and resolving Production issues.
