Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Need Local. JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for collaborating with Underwriting and key stakeholders such as Automated Underwriting System teams, actuarial, Salesforce, IT, Marketing, etc. to lead, facilitate, and document the introduction of new systems, process improvements, project related scope, and post-implementation activities.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
PC experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Enterprise Process Library (EPL) and Visio or similar process flow software.

RESPONSIBILITES:

Lead and facilitate requirement and testing meetings; document and facilitate the resolution of potential system issues, perform testing of changes to Underwriting systems as well as other systems like Salesforce. Expected to interact with personnel in Salesforce, Actuarial, Marketing, IT, and other applicable business areas.
Coordinate with Underwriting Subject Matter Experts to prepare detailed requirements making sure to identify all relevant scenarios. Work with developers on the design and follow up on any outstanding items.
Create end-user and technical documentation (demo doc) to support the testers and training area during production releases
Lead large scale projects and present business cases to management and leadership groups.
Convert a business need into project scope, prepare a project plan, and supporting documentation.
Facilitate workgroups, lead project team during scope and provide support post-implementation.
