What We'll Bring:The TransUnion Global Solutions team is responsible for the success of TransUnion's suite of products and capabilities across all of its global markets. We partner cross-functionally and across business units to deliver products and solutions that meet or exceed our internal and external customer needs while adhering to legal and compliance guidelines. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to help drive the success of key processes in the Global Solutions team.What You'll Bring:The Project Coordinator for Market Solutions will work closely with the business vertical and horiztonal teams across a broad spectrum of solutions and market solution leaders across Transunion with responsibility for:
Project coordination and facilitation of the launch of business solution projects, including go-to-market coordination, and other steps to make product generally available.Coordinating across various functional areas to collate key business performance indicators, key priorities, financial, and sales pipeline data. Bringing problem-solving approaches and methodologies like design thinking to solve issues that puts the customer first and meets the business goals using different research techniquesWorking with program managers and business teams on larger, complex programs in a project analyst capacity such as gathering input materials to facilitate the agenda preparation, post meeting followup, and tracking program budgets and vendor payments.Assist with other process governance activities.Impact You'll Make:How You Will Contribute:- Facilitate stakeholder alignment by managing the preparation, agenda and deliverables of assigned proejcts
- Monitor and track milestones, and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks
- Collate and coordinate key business indicatrors - financial, sales pipeline, delivery roadmap/schedule; populate templates and collaborate with business teams to ensure completion on regular cadence
- Peform process governance activities related to new product codes in SalesForce, product roadmap quality assurance, and Financial data reporting
- On larger, more complex programs, assist the program manager and business teams by gathering, analyzing and communicating key project-related information to a project team to ensure the project is on track and project members are accountable
- Use your Workshop facilitatation and organization experience to run efficient workshops
- Partner with other research functions to, define, plan, and execute internal or external user research, such interviews, ethnographic studies, concept testing and more
- Follow existing practices in program governance, demand prioritization, and process management
- Track business performance and Go-to-Market efforts
- 2+ years experience from one of the following industries preferred: financial services, technology, insurance, management or strategy consulting firm, and/or other
- Strong organizational, project coordination / management skills
- Experience planning and conducting both quantitative and qualitative user research
- Ability to frame key questions, create research plans to address those, conduct research, and synthesize the findings into meaningful, actionable insights
- Ability to take data and insights to drive ideation sessions with business partners in order to delvelop low-fidelty idea statements.
- Detail orientated and ability to juggle mulitiple requests with limited supervision
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to manage project management activities with stakeholders
- Highly collaborative and able to work under tight timelines when needed
- Ability to take initiative and ownership with some supervision / instruction
- Ability to assimilate and understand new concepts in short time frames
- Strong problem solving skills; ability to break down
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar field.
- Knowledge of Agile and/or SAFe methodology a plus
- Knowledge of Tableau of similar visualization tool a plus
- Knowledge of Miro or other design thinking tools a plus
