- Ability to quickly understand and digest business process and to conceptualize it as an automated solution while using business analysis skills
- Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills are needed to resolve client problems effectively.
- 5+ years of experience in leading IT and other process redesign work including experience in business process improvements and process reengineering
- Experience developing and delivering executive level presentations aligned to business needs
- Advanced analytical skills and an ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Partner with the Business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing and documenting processes, assessing feasibility for automation.
- Ensure the current business process is fully understood and documented via the Process Definition Document.
- Understand the end-user requirements, make recommendations for solutions as needed, work with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements (BRD), and perform thorough testing.
- Work with RPA developers and design leads to ensure requirements captured in BRD are thorough and complete.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with RPA Design leads to provide inputs for robotic process automation solutions.
- Prepare and present analysis, methods and results to non-expert personnel, management team and technical experts throughout different projects and processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for others seeking to utilize RPA technologies to automate and streamline existing manual business processes.
- Develop training documents and job aids and provide training on new or changed processes to business users.
- Maintain understanding the systems, tools, business processes and procedures to further develop process and system efficiencies.
- Work collaboratively with teams to encourage RPA growth and awareness
- Provide support to end users during UAT and debugging root causes of any issues
- Communicate status, issues, and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
- Assist with defining and executing RPA plans cycles, including multi-year plans and budget and business reviews.
- Communicate progress and opportunities to program manager and tech leads regularly.
- Adhere to the appropriate governance standards, policies, and best practices.
