Job Description

About the role:

At NOCD, the Network Operations team is responsible for growing and managing our network of therapists. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing on strategies that will ensure that our therapists are productive, engaged, and happy.

You will be working closely with data (NPS, retention, utilization) to extract insights to inform the team of our provider management strategies. You will also be very hands-on and working closely with NOCD therapists to enable their success, scaling our processes that will optimize our operations, and delivering on business results.

Role Responsibilities Include:

  • Build out our provider management strategies based on qualitative and quantitative research and data analytics

  • Work as the primary relationship manager for a portion of our therapists and manage the day-to-day operational needs to hit the growth target of the therapist program and the company

  • Build and continuously optimize our provider support system to enable therapists success - you will be working closely with HR, product, tech, and marketing team.

  • Identify areas of improvement for our provider management system and processes with a strategic focus and execute on changes needed for making improvements

Qualifications

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with clinical operations, digital health, or related behavioral health companies; high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred.

  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills (experiences with SQL and Excel required).

  • Prior experience and passion for working closely with clinicians; enjoy relationship building

  • Strong cross-functional project management skills; experiences working with product and engineering teams preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills

  • Mission-driven and a passion for mental health

  • Experiences on cross-functional project management
