The Change Management Specialist supports complex change management initiatives by applying change management methodologies, communication planning, organizational readiness assessment and stakeholder analysis. Plans and implements change management projects and programs. The level of work is considered advanced and staff must be able to work independently under minimal supervision. This position has no direct reports but may assign work and directions to others.

Job Requirements
  • Supports the development of organizational change strategies and frameworks • Conducts stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness assessments • Develops and delivers communication and engagement plans to build support and buy-in for change initiatives • Creates action and implementation plans, including contingency plans to address resistance and road blocks; manages and tracks status of change plans • Manages relationships and feedback loops with key stakeholders, change agents and change sponsors • Designs and facilitates training for stakeholders, change networks and end users • Assists in the selection of measurement criteria and provides performance reporting
Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience • 5 or more years of relevant work experience Knowledge and Skills • Advanced knowledge of organizational change management practices and procedures obtained through education, experience or certification • Strategic thinking and decision making abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on strong facilitation and presentation skills. • Excellent project management skills • Possesses analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to apply, interpret, and explain complex analysis of data • Demonstrates aptitude to leverage relevant technology and software applications • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to influence without authority
