Customer service rep / transportation logistics company

We are a logistics/transportation company looking for the right individual to join our team.

Experience in the field is not required but it is preferred.

Applicants who are interested in this full time position should possess the following:

- Excellent computer skills with the ability to type quickly and use excel & Microsoft office

- Detail oriented, accurate, and the ability to problem solve effectively

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to multi-task

- Phone skills are a must as a large part of the interactions are done by phone and emails.

- The willingness and ability to learn new responsibilities and tasks.
