THE OPPORTUNITY:This position provides highly-skilled functional and technical expertise with regard to the Firm’s financial systems, with a strong focus on the accounting system and related applications.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:On any given day, you will be working with attorneys and business colleagues on a variety of requests and projects. You will:

• Support the implementation, upgrade, functional and technical maintenance of financial systems applications.
• Assist and help manage projects for updates and improvements for financial system applications.
• Coordinate and provide end-user training as necessary. Develop training materials, users communications, and education documentation as needed.
• Identify and recommend production customizations and enhancements.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and inquiry requests.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

YOU HAVE:

• Exceptional analytical ability, critical thinking, independent problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Technology.
• 3+ years of experience with financial, accounting or related business applications.
• Ideally having experience with
  Elite Enterprise, ChromeRiver, Aderant, or OnBase (Hyland), etc.
• If no legal expereince, any experience outside legal with systems such as
  NetSuite, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, JD Edwards, Peoplesoft, or Infor is doable as well.
• Must have experience with
  SQL
• Excellent functional skills, and technical knowledge of financial, time entry and cost recovery and related applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Proven leadership skills; ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Excellent attention to detail.
