Job Description - IT Manager

IT MANAGER

An established and quickly growing medical device organization is looking for an experienced IT Manager to join their team. The IT Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day in-house IT support and operations for the corporate team and the national sales team. The ideal IT Manager will be well rounded and can handle technical troubleshooting of laptops, iPads, vendor licenses, ERP and CRM support, and working closely with the external IT vendor as needed. You should be professional and polished and comfortable working in an environment where no day is the same and can work well in-person with colleagues and over the phone. Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of all information technology related activities of the organization

Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the organization's IT department and infrastructure

Provide help desk/technical support activities to company employees

Assist with IT related needs for new employees (computers, iPads, etc.)

Implement and maintain security best practices

Provide ERP system support to company employees

Maintain relationship with the company's external information technology vendors

Manage the company's telecommunications systems

Manage the IT hardware/software lifecycle including servers, computers, printers, etc.

Evaluate potential new technologies for the organization

Establish and administer the department's budget

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field

7+ years of Information Technology experience working closely with end users

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience with Office 365 & Windows Server 2019

ERP software experience (Oracle NetSuite preferred)

Firewall experience (WatchGuard preferred)

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce.com preferred)

Experience with Marketing automation software (Marketo preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
