The IT Support Specialist will be a member of a talented, dispersed support team. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive defective mobile devices from shipping and check into system, test and validate received unites, configure and test unites, ship effective units back to stores. Also responsible for inventory management for stores. Configure new Apple devices and Windows PCs.
