A client of Apex is building a new team of technical support analysts to assist in imaging and new machine set up. In this role, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all who call in
  • Answer incoming calls and troubleshoot IT issues, primarily around getting new equipment set up
  • Set up new desktop computers and do basic configurations
  • Must be a self-starter & detail oriented
