"If local" This is a mobile role which pertains to various commercial sites within the Greater Idaho Falls/Twin Falls Areas. The job requirements involve completing monthly PM's and minor repairs to various properties. The candidate must have at least two to five years of experience regarding various building maintenance related tasks which are described below.

• Handyman Skills (Minor plumbing, drywall, painting, door adjustments, some cabinetry work)
• Preventive Maintenance skills in the completion of PM tasks - Filters, belts, ice machines
• HVAC experience - Minor troubleshooting
  (Will need EPA Certification)
• Ability to repair lighting and very minor electrical issues.
  (Electrical license not required)
• Strong computer skills and organizational skills.
