DUTIES INCLUDE:

Reviewing Tickets

Fixing Tickets

Interacting with Drivers via phone

Invoicing

Knowledge of multiple G Mail Accounts

Knowledge of Quick Books

Able to work with Excel

Able to work with Adobe

Ability to run Google Maps to compute mileage for driver routes

Ability to understand GPS tracking devices on trucks to track loads

Ability to provide superior client service
