HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS - 2 JOB OPENINGS- OPEN IMMEDIATELY

T.A. DIBBLE EXCAVATION, INC. is looking for 2 RELIABLE, EXPERIENCED HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS for Boise and Southwest Idaho areas for excavation and installation of all utilities. Full-Time positions. 1 REGULAR OPERATOR and 1 LEAD OPERATOR. Both must be able to read, speak, understand and write in English for required safety at 2 secure business locations, where their safety training classes are held. Must have knowledge of Idaho's Digline regulations. Must be 18 years of age or older. Driver's license required. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR MINIMUM EXPERIENCE DIGGING AROUND UTILITIES, AND at least 2 YEARS WITH SUPERVISION EXPERIENCE FOR THE "LEAD" OPERATOR.

THESE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.

Duties: at least 2 year's experience required, as an Operator in operating trackhoes, excavators, backhoes, dozer etc. to excavate all types of materials in the process of trenching, installation and backfill of underground utility pipelines. Must be physically fit to perform all the duties associated with trenching for pipe, setting and placement of pipe & vaults in all types of trenches and working around existing utilities. SAFETY COMES FIRST! Must be able to read and understand utility markings and grade staking for LEAD OPERATOR. Must be able to read and understand blueprints for the pipe installation process. Must be able to get along with all types of construction workers. LEAD OPERATOR must be able to communicate instructions, respectfully and with knowledge to all employees about the type of work to be completed and able to lead the crew. Work experience references will be requested. Must be able to communicate respectfully with other positions and with other company's employees or State and County Inspectors. Must be 18 years of age or older. Driver's license required, it's beneficial to have Class "A" CDL, but not mandatory.
