Heavy Diesel Mechanic w/ Cat background

Used equipment dealer looking for full time or part time mechanic to service, and repair all makes and models of construction equipment, truck, trailers. Caterpillar equipment would be the majority of equipment but all makes may come into pay. I have been in business going on 19 years. Shop contains welders, press, nuts, and bolts. Pay is negotiable, my preference is to have a independent contractor with insurance but this hire can be put on payroll. Wage is negotiable, hours are flexible based on inventory.
