Field Service Technician

Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician with 10 to 15 years’ experience. This resource needs to have the skills to maintain and repair with little supervision. The Field Service Technician will provide break-fix troubleshooting and repair services to our customers. Including installing workstations, Scanners, Routers, switches and small to large printers.Additional services needed:

• Installing and repairing Servers
• Troubleshooting and installing in Lan-Wan environments.
• Provide some desktop technical support for Hardware and Software
• Perform analysis to effectively identify potential problems to eliminate problems in the future
• Maintain requisite technical competence to support the hardware and software.
• Perform applicable preventative maintenance per OEM specifications
• Standby and travel are a requirement, Normally 78 to 100 miles.
