Taos is currently seeking a Corporate Relationship Manager/ Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Boise, Idaho!

You move at a faster-than-average pace, learning quickly and working efficiently under minimal supervision. You would thrive in a role that requires regularly speaking to, meeting with, and proactively establishing relationships with potential candidates. You are interested in technology and eager to expand your understanding different technical skill sets.

What you'll be doing:
  • Establishing, developing, and nurturing relationships with candidates, user groups, IT organizations and alumnus in order to build a quality, robust pipeline
  • Partnering with Senior Corporate Recruiters and Taos Managed Services Managers to understand qualifications for open positions
  • Organizing pipeline in an exceptional Manner, providing Senior Corporate Recruiters with correct information and providing the necessary follow up
  • Managing a pipeline of candidates using Lever
  • Conducting technical and professional prescreening, and guiding candidates through Taos' assessment process
  • Coordinating and scheduling calls, appointments, and interviews for candidates
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills in daily contact with candidates via phone, email, and Skype
  • Positioning Taos' value to organizations and potential candidates
  • Interacting directly with internal recruiters to present qualified candidates from the pipeline
  • Leveraging internal leadership and communities to establish credibility with candidates and organizations
  • Collaborating with the business to target and recruit in-demand skillsets
  • Representing Taos at recruiting, alumnus, and networking events
What you'll bring with you
  • • 1+ years of recruiting or sales experience
  • • Proven track record sourcing and hiring candidates
  • • Strong relationship building skills
  • • Ability to articulate a company's value proposition and story to candidates
  • • Ability to network via social media and events
  • • Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
  • • Ability to learn and work successfully in a remote setting
