MANAGEMENT: Experience in apartment, hotel or HOA management is most beneficial. Strong computer skills are required and some knowledge of QuickBooks will be a real plus for this job. Marketing and leasing ability is important and maturity with client relationships is necessary to succeed.

Currently we have 2 properties that need management:

(1) 18- unit townhome property (near St. Alphonsus Hospital) that requires you to live on-site. +/- 10 hrs./week. Compensation for this part-time management is a free 2 bedroom townhome on the property.

(2) 70 -unit condominium project that is also part-time: Tues thru Friday 2:30 – 5:30 are the current office hours.

The HOA management position starts at $14 per hour

MAINTENANCE: Have maintenance skills? Currently we mostly need grounds keeping, snow/ice servicing, and property routine labor , mostly at a large condominium project in Boise - 163 units on Gekeler Lane. There is also a role in our company to assist with apartment turnovers as well as restoration and repair projects for various company clients throughout the Treasure Valley. Must have own tools, transportation and reasonable skills across a range of maintenance. $14-$16 per hour depending on ability and experience. Flexibility and positive attitude is essential.

The on-site position is ideal for a qualified couple or individual (with both management and maintenance skills). You get FREE rent (2 bedroom Townhome) in exchange for the following duties: showing units when vacant (seldom), cleaning apartments, keeping the grounds clean, interacting with residents, accounting for rental income; computer literacy in Excel/Word a must for the management position.

We are looking for a long-term stable employee or couple, not someone seeking temporary employment. Some training will be considered for a candidate with promising experience in this field; (sorry we are not in a position to train from scratch).
