Legal Specialist-Join The Horizon Credit Union Team!

If you enjoy helping mitigate loss through the management of well-defined processes and procedures while also working with members to negotiate repayment plans, then this role is for you. You will be responsible for managing the bankruptcy process; working with attorneys and court appointed trustees and borrowers to answer questions; handle routine and complex transactions; provide correspondence with members; and all other task associated with the collections process.

Our ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years collections experience in an financial institution; skip tracing experience; advanced legal and bankruptcy knowledge; and knowledge of laws, regulations and procedures dealing with delinquency control and collection procedures.
