Kelly Services is currently seeking a Network Analyst one of our top clients in Boise, ID.This is a permanent/direct hire role that includes at 7.5% bonus along with full benefits. Relocation package is an option to out of state candidates wanting to move to the Boise area.Company is building a new facility in Boise and working to get positions filled to have facility up and running by January 20222. Equipment and build out of the plant is supposed to start in August.RESPONSIBILITIES: The Analyst, Network Administration will provide best-in-class network services and technical solutions across the enterprise by being a technology leader reporting directly to the CIO. The individual must be flexible and results-oriented with the ability to provide insight and support on complex technical issues.This position is primarily responsible for:- Installation, configuration and ongoing support of the company network; LAN, WLAN, Cybersecurity and all related infrastructure services.
- Support and maintenance of the company phone services and call center solutions.
- On-site expertise to all connectivity needs.
- Responsible for enterprise-wide collaboration tools including VoIP and Videoconferencing.
- Support of manufacturing related technology solutions including thin client terminals, barcode label printers and wireless scanners.
- Support the IT Change Request process to acquire, configure, and install hardware and software for new network access requests and configuration changes to production systems.
- Assist and support in the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the computing infrastructure that supports the company's operations.
- Provide elevated support and issue resolution as required after-hours and on weekends.
- Assist and support in root cause analysis process for all infrastructure and security related incidents.
- Administer technical security standards, as well as a suite of services and tools to address and mitigate cybersecurity risk.
- Collaborate with greater IT team in the delivery of solutions to the business.
- Operate in a direct, transparent and data-driven fashion, be an effective communicator and forge strong day-to-day working relationships.
- 3 or more years of work experience in enterprise IT network administration- manufacturing background preferred.
- Working knowledge and skill to install, operate, administer and troubleshoot an enterprise multi-site network utilizing Cisco solutions including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless.
- Advanced knowledge of networking for data center, security, voice/video and wireless.
- Fundamental skills with virtualization platforms such as VMWare and Citrix.
- O365 and computer hardware expertise is a plus.
- Demonstration of strong analytic skills and system abilities to understand business and technology impact.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Good organization and time management skills required.
- Additional IT knowledge to provide backup for System and Technical Support duties as required.
