RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Internal Project/Program Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Boise, ID.

REQUIREMENTS: Collaboration/Team Player: has an ability to work with individuals in a variety of roles, skillsets, and backgrounds Growth mindset: has a willingness to learn through trying new things and learn/grow from experiences Communication: has a balance of interpersonal and technical communication style (both verbal & written) Domain knowledge: basic understanding of UX fundamentals and technology Empathy: has ability and desire to understand pain points of others Resilience: is open/comfortable with stepping out of comfort zone and failing in safe environment and allows for ambiguity Attention to detail: ability to see the gaps and small things that matter in the bigger picture Curiosity: Leads with a hunger for knowledge to grow and learn new things Advocacy: strong support and appreciation for Enterprise Design Thinking and the importance of the user

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with UX prototyping tools (Axure RP, Invision) Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript) Familiarity with modern design methods (Game Concept Theory, design thinking, user-centered designs) Strong focus on interaction design (IxD)
