CRI Advantage, Inc. is hiring for an in-house, full-time Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team! The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for coordinating content marketing campaigns based on KPIs and benchmarks set by the marketing management team in conjunction with company and divisional goals and objectives. The successful candidate will have a substantial portfolio of content marketing work using modern technologies to effectively produce an engaging digital presence.Location: Remote, or on location at our headquarters in Boise, Idaho. Expected to work Monday through Friday, standard business hours in MST.Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about CRI Advantage and drive qualified traffic to the website.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for the CRI website, including but not limited to the creation of blogs that attracts and convert our unique target groups.
  • Create consistent and engaging content for CRI social channels.
  • “Humanize” information and product overviews for highly technical software and IT management services/solutions for the business community.
  • Design marketing materials, ranging from social media post graphics to hard copy brochures and case studies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of content marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Use data and experience to make appropriate recommendations for improvement to CRI management.
  • Work with CRI’s internal and external resources to maximize project efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills.
  • Must have at least three years of experience in the field of marketing and/or public relations with a heavy emphasis on digital marketing content development.
  • Must demonstrate a working knowledge of marketing analytics/KPIs best practices
  • Must demonstrate an understanding of data privacy best practices, and General Data Protection Regulation GDPR as they relate to ad targeting.
  • Hubspot Marketing Hub, HubSpot Sales Hub experience or equivalent inbound marketing platform.
  • Highly proficient in WordPress website management.
  • Highly proficient in editing video in Adobe Premier Pro, Camtasia, or Microsoft Livestream.
  • Proficient in graphic design with a professional focus
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IT service management and/or cybersecurity knowledge
  • Successful STEM industry experience in in graphic design
  • Experience with customer intelligence platform i.e., Discover.org, ZoomInfo, Rain King or equivalent. Proficient in GoTo Webinar or equivalent webinar platform
  • Proficient in HTML
  • Proven proficiency in YouTube marketing for business.
  • Demonstrated success with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified (2020 or later )
  • Google Marketing Platform Certified (2020 or later )
