Manages employees engaged in providing information system security solutions and technical cybersecurity multi-domain support 1. Ensures the cybersecurity risk management process and appropriate operational security posture is maintained and documented for the MTC USARPAC Type Training Enclaves and USARPAC Training Exercise Network (UTEN).2. Provide guidance and support for Exercise cybersecurity planning and ATO attainment, process monitoring and auditing3. Follows DoD Directives and Instructions 8140, 8570-01-M, Army regulations AR 25-2, NIST Special Publications 800-53, 800-39, as well as following guidance from other cyber agencies in USARPAC CSPMO, NETCOM, and CYBERCOM.4. Supervise/Implements and maintains standard operating procedures, implementing DoD, Army, & and MTC USARPAC Type policies and procedures.5. Supervise/Conducts scheduled SCANs of the training enclaves and systems;6. Validates applied STIGs and patches performed by the SAs and NAs. Updates and documents STIGs in response to vulnerabilities identified during risk assessments, audits, & inspections.7. Supervise/Create required RMF products such as plans of action and milestones (POA&M) and STIG checklist8. Supervise/Performs continuous monitoring of applied STIGs and patches9. Supervise/Conducts periodic auditing to assess vulnerabilities of the network and systems10. Produces artifacts and trackers, as well as other documents to meet the Security Control Assessment - Validation (SCA-V) requirement to maintain the USARPAC Type ATO.11. Supervise/Maintains and updates records and artifacts into the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) system to support and comply with the RMF process.12. Assures successful implementation and functionality of security requirements and appropriate IT policies and procedures that are consistent with the organization's mission and goals.
