Security Guard/Part-Time On Call Shift (Waihonua Condo)

One of Hawaii's Luxury Condo located in the heart of HONOLULU is looking for an experienced Security guard. Ability to provide excellent customer service/concierge services. Part time/On call employment. Must be able to pass a background check.

We need someone who comes to work with a friendly and positive attitude every day and is ready to take on new challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Some duties & responsibilities involve responding to emergencies, facilitating house rules, security surveillance, and concierge service.

Required Education and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in general computer use and in software programs (e.g. MS Word and MS Office)

Current guard license required

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Residential Condo or Hotel Resort experience a plus.
