Reports to: Operations Manager

Privately-owned Developer / Commercial Property Management Company seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our office management team. This position will report to the Operations Manager and is responsible for the management of all front desk operations, which includes but is not limited to answering all incoming phones for the main office line, greeting all visitors as the first point-of-contact for the office and taking ownership of completing all assigned administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner. We are looking for self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Excellent customer service skills with a high degree of front-line professionalism, which requires answering phones and greeting customers upon arrival to the office

Must be comfortable and able to acclimate to handle a variety of situations, which may require dealing with confidential information, conflict resolution, and possess quick decision-making skills

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively

Work both independently and as part of a team, completing assignments with minimal supervision and practicing sound judgment

Undertake a variety of assigned administrative projects on a daily/weekly basis and accomplish deadlines on assignments

Responsible for inventory and supply management for the office

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2-5 years of administrative experience; in property management or customer service industries a plus

Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times and work independently, while being able to plan, organize, and follow through on work

Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task on a variety of tasks

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Office 360 programs, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Basic knowledge of standard office machines such as computers, telephones, printers, postal machines, lamination, etc.

This position may be subject to a shift on hours as dependent upon business operation needs. We offer a competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
