Education and Experience:

High school diploma required

Three years of administrative and/or bookkeeping; or any equivalent combination of experience and training

Familiar with commercial real estate and property management a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide clerical support to the property management and brokerage team

Provide bookkeeping support to the property management and brokerage team

Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing

Some general ledger account reconciliations

Maintain file plan, vendor, and property records with precision and accuracy; scan documents to the network and file accordingly

General administrative and clerical support

Update client/contact database

Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

Receive and sort mail and deliveries

Help staff with other projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced Word and Excel skills

Quickbooks skills

Good time management skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers

Professional telephone etiquette

Compensation/ Schedule

Pay negotiable depending on experience

Part time, daytime Mon-Fri (20 hours per week to start)
