Vacation Rental Cleaner

APN Lodging and Koa Cleaners are hiring professional cleaners to service vacation rental units (primarily studios and 1-bedrooms) in Central Waikiki. You’ll play a key role in ensuring guests have a clean, comfortable, and well-organized stay.

What You’ll Do:

- Inspect the unit upon entry to identify any maintenance or cleaning issues

- Launder linens and towels (onsite or offsite depending on location)

- Remove trash and prepare cleaning supplies

- Thoroughly clean all surfaces including:

- Bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower, mirror)

- Kitchen (appliances inside and out, counters, cupboards inside and out)

- Kitchen - check and clean dishes, glasses and cutlery & arrange in cupboards

- Floors (vacuum, sweep, and mop)

- High-touch areas (light switches, remotes, door handles)

- Check and clean air conditioner filters, fans, and baseboards

Organize and restage the unit with precision and attention to detail, including:

- Making beds with fresh linens

- Neatly arranging guest supplies and paperwork

- Ensuring the unit looks polished and guest-ready
