DAYTIME PREP CHEF NEEDED IN WAILEA

Do you enjoy transforming vegetables, nuts, and high-end superfoods into amazing dishes?

We at Choice Health Bar are looking for a new prep chef to join our prep team at our newest location in Wailea.

If you have experience, interest, and motivation, we can train you to make delicious and nutritious foods that are simple in their clean ingredients and preparation, but complex in their flavor profiles.

Our kitchen is a very positive work environment- you'll be behind the scenes in an air-conditioned production area, listening to good music alongside your front-of-house coworkers, and producing healthy foods to serve to our community.

BACK OF HOUSE:

Responsibilities for our prep team

cleaning and cutting produce

operating vitamix blender and robot-coup food processor

following recipes, measuring ingredients

bottling, labeling and storing products

portioning and cutting desserts

cooking beans and burgers

other tasks to support your teammates and our store-front

You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

HOURS AND COMPENSATION

Full or Part-time available

Wages $20-25 per hour DOE

Must be authorized to work in the US.
