Jackie Rey's Hilo Sous Chef

I am looking for a strong Sous Chef for my Jackie Rey's Hilo location. Bottom line I need some passion and grit from an experienced culinarian. The job is 5 days a week, 8-9 hours a shift. The Head Chef is great to work with and Jackie Rey's reputation on the island after 16 years is solid There's also room for creativity and growth in this position. It's a damn good job.
