Woof Top Dog is urgently seeking passionate, skilled, and dog-loving Kennel Staff to join our team at our new dog facility offering Doggie Daycare, Pet Boarding, Dog Grooming and Dog Training.

Sales commissions for experienced groomers and dog trainers are up to 50%.

This role involves maintaining the well-being of our dogs in various training and boarding programs, along with providing top-notch customer service to dog owners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and disinfect kennels to maintain a healthy environment

Provide food and water to animals according to feeding schedules

Administer medications to animals as directed

Walk, play, and engage with the animals for their physical and mental well-being

Assist with bathing and grooming tasks

Interact with dog owners and clients, ensuring excellent customer service

Assist Dog Trainers during training sessions

Greet and welcome clients and be able to sell all services offered

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED certificate

Passion for working with dogs of all breeds and sizes

Previous experience in animal care, kennel management, or customer service (highly preferred)

Kennel Technician Certification or equivalent (highly preferred)

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Strong physical ability to handle dogs

Customer service experience (highly preferred)

Schedule:

6:30 AM to 6:30 PM weekdays and weekends. Weekend shifts preferred.
