This group advises clients within Healthcare & Life Sciences; Energy; Advanced Manufacturing & Mobility; Private Equity; Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Technology; Consumer Products & Retail; Government & Public Sector; and Financial Services sectors. The opportunityThis is a rapidly growing area, so you will have plenty of opportunity to develop your skillset & collaborate with others to keep up with the ever-growing demands within the Procure to Pay/Source to Settle space. Most of your time will be spent engaging with our clients' team and we'll look to you to provide our clients with a unique business perspective on how they must continue to innovate, collaborate with Requesters/Suppliers/Others throughout the Organization, and remain competitive in this ever-changing industry.Your key responsibilities This position will support Oracle Services Supply Chain/Asset Management sub-practice as a member of project teams working with our clients and guiding them through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout of a client's project lifecycle. They will also provide advisory services as part of assessments and support services either as post implementation support or manage service agreements.    Skills and attributes for success 

Team with client business and technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions 

Demonstrate ability to implement Oracle Cloud applications. 

Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally 

Interact and communicate effectively with supply chain and technology senior and middle management executives as well as end user and business subject matter experts. 

To qualify for the role, you must have 

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and 4 years of related work experience 

5-10 years of experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role specifically in Oracle EBS or Cloud

Proven record of accomplishment in system implementation for Procurement, Sourcing and related modules/applications in Oracle Cloud

Experience or understanding of Accounts Payable, Inventory, and Costing

3-5 full lifecycle implementations in any of the above (at least 2 in Oracle Cloud)

The person should be able to lead and facilitate workshop sessions, manage project, resources, and deliverables

Lead and participate in:

Gather Business requirements

Analyze and transform to application requirements

Perform Fit-Gap Analysis

Lead Functional Design approval process

Strong interaction with development team to test and delivery the solution

Assist customer during UAT

Prepare and Review documentations

Working experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferred

Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM or AIM 

Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills 

Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues 

Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%

  Ideally, you'll also have

Experience working with a Procurement Organization/familiarity with advanced Procurement Processes

Inventory experience

Familiarity with at least 2 Sectors where our team advises clients

Degree in Business, Operations Management/Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)

Oracle Supply Chain/Procurement Cloud Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred

The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,100 to $267,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
