The Grey Market is looking for a friendly and eager Bread Baker to lend a hand in the bread program that supports both our menu and the menu of our flagship location, The Grey Restaurant. Bringing her personal take on Port City Southern food to a city of her youth allows Mashama Bailey to tap into all of her experiences to create dishes that are deep, layered, and soulful in their flavors.
