Candidate will train on the first shift and them move to 2nd (2pm - 10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm - 6am).salary: $15 - $15 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 2 PMeducation: High` SchoolResponsibilitiesCandidate will identify the right green materials and load them correctly Optimize the load while maintaining the correct loading patterns with appropriate spacing between the brick to allow for good gasflow. Move the kiln cars from drier into kilns and out. Assure the right drying time Keep record of the loaded product and registers location of rejected product Highlight discrepancies and quality issues by mapping locationsCandidate must be able to read, write, add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use direct-reading and measuring devices.The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

standing for 8 hours at one time

Skillsloading/unloading

Math and Calculation

Machine operator helper

QualificationsYears of experience: 1 year
