Will conduct consumer and product discovery to understand user needs and requirements and determine the best digital solutions to improve efficiency and gain value against pre-determined metrics. Drive end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, process, and people, creating value by reinventing the core of client business. They may support 3-4 projects for a defined period of time. Collaborate with marketing and operations leaders on digital branding, customer experience, and operational implementation, working to develop the culture and capabilities for digital delivery to become fully embedded. Lead multi-disciplinary agile projects in the delivery of new digital services or the iteration of existing ones. May create proposals, SOWs, respond to RFPs, and present proposals to clients. Collaborate with business owners, and legal to estimate, plan, mobilize, and execute project. Drive working sessions with clients to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met. Collaborate across multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery of results based on scope of work. They will be responsible for deep problem scoping including testing and experimentation. They will work with business lines to establish a business case for innovation and develop scorecard and requirements for solutions.QualificationsRequired Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Required Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in business and strategy, consulting, or systems project management
  • Understanding of enterprise IT systems capabilities
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technology trends
  • Consulting experience as a team or project lead a plus
  • Must have a strong understanding of business acumen and ability to problem solve with strategic partners and cross functional teams
  • Must have experience with design thinking and performing innovation cycles
  • Experience with problem identification, business solutions, and relationship management
  • Understanding and experience with change management during each phase of project cycle
  • Understanding of technological capabilities as it relates to business strategy and enterprise IT systems
  • Understanding of technological capabilities as it relates to business strategy and enterprise IT systems Required Minimum Skills:
  • Collaborate to understand business goals across functions and diplomatically challenge the status-quo
  • Above-average consultative skills to understand problem sources and work to draw out deep pain points from business leaders

  • Demonstrate deep insights into business models, trends and emerging technology
