Looking for a high paying job? Argo Moore Landscapes is looking to hire experienced Install Technicians, Irrigation Technicians and Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The work will range from grading, drainage, irrigation, pavers, landscape lighting, retaining walls, tree/plant installation, irrigation repair and other general landscaping tasks for install and irrigation and maintenance includes shrub trimmings, planting flowers, shrubs and trees, pinestraw, etc. All areas are for a full time job!

Essential Responsibilities

-Provide outstanding customer service

-Take proper care of tools to avoid loss or misuse

-Wear appropriate uniform clothing provided by company

-Have reliable transportation to and from office

-Manage time appropriately for all tasks

-Respect fellow employees and management at all times

-Fill out and submit any paperwork in a timely manner

-Report all accidents and personal injuries

-Maintain a good attitude during work

-Ability to read plans(for install an/or irrigation)

-Ability to work on a team towards common goals

-Ability to learn on the go

-Desire to work hard and be paid well

Skills Should Include:

2+ years of landscape experience (not simply cutting grass) for maintenance, install, or irrigation positions required.

Ability to operate equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, trencher, dingo, etc.) as well as knowledge on transporting said equipment for the irrigation and install positions.

A clean driving record- Will need to provide a 3 year MVR prior to an interview being scheduled

Maintenance pay: $15/hour + quarterly bonuses based on productivity.

Irrigation Pay: $16-$20/hour + quarterly bonuses based on productivity.

Install Pay:17-$20/hour + quarterly bonuses based on productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
