Our client, Gwinnett County, is one of America's fasting-growing counties for the past 20 years, and they're looking to fill a few Network Analyst roles. The candidate would be responsible for Audio and Video support for County facilities. Also, coordinate and respond to service requests, maintain Webex/Zoom/Google meeting application, and assist with Cisco Webex/telepresence systems.

This would be a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension at the office in Lawrenceville, GA

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ year of Audio/Video, Webex Systems, Zoom, and Google meeting apps
  • 3+ years of professional level analyst and systems experience in a large-scale IT environment
  • Experience working with Avaya, Siemens, and/or Rolm systems a plus
  • Provide customer support for AV systems such as Cisco Telepresence end points, projectors, tv's, video matrix system, Crestron systems and audio systems.
  • Experience with creating/modifying macros for Cisco Telepresence end points and Crestron is a plus.
  • Previous experience working as an AV technician
  • Experience working with Avaya, Siemens, and/or Rolm systems a plus
  • Telecommunications systems administration principles
  • Maintain records and prepare reports

Responsibilities
  • Provides technical support to County employees using various telecom/network systems, Cisco telepresence end points, projectors, microphones, video monitors, video matrix systems and audio equipment.
  • Designs, configures, tests, implements, and maintains a variety of hardware, software, peripheral devices, and systems.
  • Technical implementation of telecommunications and network infrastructures.
  • Coordinating with vendors and customers for AV installations or service break fix.
  • Monitors and ensures systems meet business and performance needs.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with the critical systems, servers, and equipment within a 24/7/365 Data Center environment, handling the more complex and critical problems. Responds to system emergencies as required.
  • The individual will be required to be on-call after hours, weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule with other team members. The individual will also be required to work with and mentor other team members.
  • Perform configuration changes as required, advance level troubleshooting.
