Operator Technician - Night Shift

Employee must be familiar with operation of all 4 filling machines and be capable of operating each machine at the goal productivity level. Employee must coordinate with batch maker and production utility employees engaged in production line activities to ensure that Company policies regarding safety, housekeeping, quality, cost and production are met He/she is responsible for machine trouble shooting, and coordinating machine set-up and minor repair with maintenance. He/she will also have responsibility in training new and current employees, and assisting in the writing and updating of Standard Operating Procedures compatible to the ISO 9000 format.
