If you have a passion for service excellence…we want to hear from you!Position Highlights:The Concierge is responsible for providing information, directions, and assistance to visitors. The Concierge must attend to the unique needs of each visitor and look to exceed their expectations with each interaction. This position will involve screening patients and visitors as they arrive including taking temperatures.This position will provide coverage at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta and Thayer Center for Health in Waterville and can include weekend and evening hours.Responsibilities:Greets all guests and provides proper directions or instructions based on guests' needs.Complies with all privacy and confidentiality policies when communicating with callers and guests.Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to all incoming telephone inquiries.Coordinates transport assistance for patients as requested or necessary.Screening patients and visitors as they arrive including taking temperatures.The ideal candidate will have:High school diploma or GED preferredWe are an equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity.
