Salesforce Business Analyst-Augusta, GA-$55k+

A client located in Augusta is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Analysis and interfacing with the business and technical teams. The company is rapidly growing and is looking for this role to be the go-between within their Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities:

Utilize deep understanding of Salesforce and add-on integrations; keep up to date on new Salesforce Technologies that help support business processes
Develop deep understanding of eCommerce solutions
Assist with responding to user requirements, problem resolution, develop designs, and process modeling.
Execute performance and regression testing to identify any platform defects and help with improvement and debugging
Participate in release upgrades as well as enhancements and make recommendations on product knowledge

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
1+ years in Business Systems Analysis; 2+ years in Salesforce
Coding experience in Apex a plus
General knowledge of business intelligence, technical agility in SQL and office products preferred
