Seeking Cabinetry/Millwork shop manager

Max Craft Renovations is a high end remodeling company based in Decatur. We are looking to partner with a millwork/cabinetry shop manager. This position entails a turnkey service to the client. Collaboration with our design team, and meeting directly with our clients.

Experience with high end custom custom cabinetry is required. Experience with designing kitchens in dedicated software like KCD or Cabinet vision is required.

Substantial experience with all types of custom cabinetry is required.

This is a position tailored for someone who has run their own cabinet shop, and would like to join a larger team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a tight knit small crew with fun and interesting high end projects with very good potential for high income. We are general contractors, but we specialize in custom cabinetry, and artistic installations and casework.

The shop is 10,000 sq ft, and is currently in the final stages of equipment installation.

We believe in a working partnerships as associates; establishing a culture of mutual respect and support, safety, and consideration. We are striving to break out of the traditional hierarchical organization and value stewardship, creative problem solving and personal responsibility.

Pay is based on experience, and will be a base rate plus commission. Although this is a management position, the development of the millwork division is new, and we are looking for someone who does not hesitate to work in the shop alongside their carpenters.
