Job Title: Security Analyst III Or Security Analyst Sr (Job Family) Location: Atlanta, GA onsite (remote work is not an option) Your innovation. Our impact. As a Security assessor, your role includes using frameworks combined with security knowledge to assess the security posture of vendor environments. Primary responsibilities include: - Providing enterprise security solutions for business, regulatory, and legal requirements, and assuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. - Conducting third party assessments to validate security controls. - Assisting in the design and build of the new GRC (Governance, Risk Management, & Compliance) platform. - Assisting in the development of executive level metrics to highlight the state of vendor risk within the organization. - Running business process improvement projects. - Process and quality improvement.

Essential duties can include but are not limited to: - Develops testing plans to ensure quality of implementations. - Coordinates and prepares the reporting of data security events and incidents. - Provides system and network architecture support for information and network security technologies. - Provides technical support to business and technology associates in risk assessments and implementation of appropriate information security procedures, standards and technologies. - Analyze mix of vendor services meeting business and information security requirements. - Maintains relationship with key vendors. - Determine and perform complex configuration changes to meet business and information security requirements. - Represents infrastructure security support in significant projects. - Respond to incident recoveries and root cause analysis. Qualifications Requires a BA/BS; 3 plus years of experience for Security Analyst III level and 3-6 plus years for the Security Analyst Sr level required in a support and operations or design and engineering role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Must be capable of engaging with vendors, negotiating controls/terms, and working closely with teammates in a team environment. Has performed assessments of vendor security controls. Has built and/or worked on a GRC tool. Ready & willing to travel both domestically and internationally. (When travel returns to normal operations.) Sr level also requires: Knowledge and understanding of industry-accepted data processing controls and concepts as applied to hardware, software, data, network communications, and people

Skills applicable to All Levels: Must be capable of providing top-tier support for at least some of the information security technology common body of knowledge skill sets: Access Control, Application Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning, Cryptography, Information Security and Risk Management Legal, Regulations, Compliance and Investigations, Operations Security, Physical (Environmental) Security, Security Architecture and Design, Telecommunications and Network Security.

Preferred Experience/Certifications: Work experience in Healthcare or banking/finance industries preferred. Holds the following certifications (plus others): CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control)
