• Experience in
  managing large scale Enterprise Digital cross-functional programs, product build and delivery, handling all aspects of technical programs and stakeholders Management (150+ team)
• Strong experience in
  Retail, restaurant and QSR domain. worked with multiple restaurant formats and channels like fast casual, quick service restaurants, casual dining, luxury dining, e-commerce delivery
• Ability to
  comprehend product engineering and key digital technologies like cloud, DevOps, SaaS, microservices , mobility and eCommerce and help drive analytics based initiative in restaurant domain
• Ability to
  work with business team in a consulting way, helping them to translate business objective to digital strategies
• Participates in
  program roadmap, strategic discussion with internal/ customer leaders and stakeholders
• Participates in
  agile ceremonies and PI event(as an observer) to monitor the planning & delivery progress
• Able to work on
  people and their skill enrichment based on PJI tech stack, product roadmap
• Collaborate with the engagement team in
  providing the technical solutions
• Lead the team and provide the
  technical leadership during critical incidents
