Law Firm Billing Specialist (atlanta: city of atlanta)

Mid-sized Atlanta law firm is seeking a Billing Specialist who has at least three years of law firm experience. This billing professional will work with a wonderful team and will be responsible for all aspects of client bill preparation and will work with the accounting team and attorneys to ensure accuracy of bills and that that billing deadlines are met.To be considered, candidates will have excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills and be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Aderant or other online billing experience is required.Responsibilities of Billing Specialist will include:Processing electronic and paper billsPreparing billing reports using AderantWork with attorneys and support staff to ensure that clients are billed properlyFollowing up with attorneys prior to deadlines; ensuring that billing is complete to meet deadlinesSubmitting, processing and tracking invoices; resolving billing issues via electronic and web based billingThis firm offers an excellent benefits package, free parking and competitive salary based on experience.
