In this exciting opportunity, in a high growth environment, you will utilize your experience in Executive Search to significantly impact and support the leadership team. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a passion to identify and connect top talent to fill executive roles. You will work in a fast paced, performance driven environment with a focus on delivering high touch experiences to internal and external contacts. This role will support key searches across Dematic’s business units and work closely with our business and function Leaders. The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition with a matrix reporting relationship to the VP, Organizational Development & Talent Strategy.Primary Responsibilities:Deliver full life-cycle executive recruiting to Dematic business groups and Corporate Functions.

Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Leaders to understand business priorities.

Provide strategic guidance and support to deliver on talent needs. Conduct consultative intake calls, provide weekly status reports, assess risks/challenges, and drive solution-oriented results.

Directly source your own talent while leveraging researches for some positions.

Understand key metrics designed to predict staffing needs and build effective strategies to meet goals.

Leverage succession plans and internal talent tools to increase internal hires.

Build an internal executive search capability as well as measure the ROI of internal search.

Leverage external market data, vendors, sourcing channels and the latest technology available to quickly build and maintain external talent pipelines.

Manage the interview process (ensure qualified candidates are thoroughly vetted before presenting, ensure quick turn around on requests to schedule interviews, debrief with interview panelists, and provide timely feedback to candidates).

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and use of sourcing tools.

May act as a liaison between the hiring manager, human resource partner and the partnered agencies on expected outcomes and results.

Work in a performance- metric driven environment where quality/quantity of hires, hiring manager/candidate experience, time to fill, diverse slates and requisition load are measured.

Launch required assessments for candidates.

Influence, build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree

10+ years' recruiting experience in a corporate environment or within an executive search firm

3+ years' executive recruitment experience

Preferred Qualifications:Combination of corporate recruiting and executive search firm experience is highly desirable

Experience creating and executing sourcing strategies across a variety of disciplines

Effective communication and organizational skills

Demonstrated experience working with senior executives and their teams

Ability to partner with and influence multiple key stakeholders

Project management skills
