We have an exciting Full Time opportunity for a Delivery Manager with one of our major clients based out in Atlanta, GA Required Pre-requisites: Prior delivery leadership with distributed teams Experience working and navigating in a multi-vendor environment Experience managing contractor and sub-contractors leading them to common Quinnox goal Expert in at least one technology vertical and aware/able to speak to end to end modern technology landscape (digital, architecture) Level headed, calm under fire, able to conflict and bring win-win solutions Capital Market experience with functional knowledge of Broker dealer or Swap dealer area (FX, Derivatives or fixed income or Equities any area is fine) Willingness to be bridge between on site and off shore during overlapping hours in IST and US EST time zones Judgment and ability to be selectively hands-on to resolve issues and determine when to delegate to drive outcomes through others Strong presentation and communication skills Experience with multiple delivery models including outcome-based, fixed price solutions under agile and iterative execution Ability & experience in working & responding to RFP's in Calypso and other Capital Market related technology and functional areas Ideal Candidate will also have the following technical experience in a delivery management role: Java and/or DotNet Calypso and other popular Capital Market products Middleware, Mulesoft, MQSeries Large enterprise with multiple surround applications supporting operations and various business units Experience in innovating to creatively articulate solution options to address customer business use cases and problem statements Responsible for: On Site Resource Management, hiring Ensuring successful project delivery o Developing and maintaining alignment to business and IT leadership objectives o Building confidence in Quinnox delivery organization and execution methodology o Leading track verticals through assigned onsite and offshore track leads (peer offshore delivery managers, PM's, Scrum Masters) o Minimizing any friction between offshore and onsite delivery o Standing in front of any service or delivery issues to objectively navigate RCA and problem resolution internally and with customer stakeholders to achieve a win-win outcome Adherence to customer enterprise standards and contractual obligations Resource Management Expectations: Hiring onsite team members to meet customer commitments within budget constraints Mentoring and developing direct reports Leveraging Quinnox Learning and Development team to ensure employees are optimizing their continual learning Aligning culture to optimize employee sense of purpose and values to motivate Skill Description People Management o Leads and nurtures an engaged & motivated work force o Portfolio level skill development & focused competency Building/develop on-downs/conducts feedback and coaching Stake Holder Partnering o Develops trusting relationships internally & externally o Across all other Functions Process Compliance & CSAT o Process improvement Execution of account agenda flawlessly o Value Adds / Proactive Proposals Competencies: Account & Business planning support. Delivery assurance from client perspective. Process Champion in defining best practices, continual process improvement, education & execution excellence. Business & Commercial Orientation. Talent Leverage, Management & Development. Understanding of the Client business landscape.
