Compliance Project Manager

Our client is a software powerhouse in Alpharetta who focuses on building innovative workforce solutions for companies around the globe.

They are looking for a

Compliance Project Manager who will play a key role in supporting enterprise risk and security initiatives related to NIST and FedRAMP on their infrastructure team.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Responsible for management of the entire project lifecycle from project definition/scope through implementation
Working with Stakeholders from different tribes to complete milestones associated with FedRAMP program
Managing daily tasks, managing cross alliance dependencies/risks across NIST and FedRAMP Tech requirements
Employing project management methodologies and tools, like MS Project
Identifying, coordinating, and managing resources and key stakeholders for project
Ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project
Managing all communication plans, training and documentation
Delivering projects on time, at/under budget and within scope
Communicating project status to all stakeholders on a regular basis throughout the lifecycle of the project
Representing infrastructure initiatives in broader program management community discussions and collaborative groups

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

6+ years of experience in Project Management
Experience working with NIST framework/controls is required
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) or working in a cloud-based environment is required
Experience working with Project Management tools such as: MS Project, Excel, MS Word and Visio
Prior experience working in a security/compliance/government environment is a plus but not required (PCI, GDPR, etc.)
Experience with FedRAMP or FISMA initiatives/regulations is a plus
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
