SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in all matters pertaining to analysis for One Communications and its subsidiary companies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assisting the FP&A team in supporting management's needs for data analysis, subscriber trends, operational KPI's, capital budgeting, reporting, monthly variance analysis, and ad hoc financial/business analysis to help drive business decisions.Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.Collaborating with the finance teams at several of ATNI's subsidiaries in order to be a conduit of information and to provide assistance to them with financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and capital budgeting.Partnering with ATNI's accounting, operations, business development, human resources, and legal teams to provide financial support as needed.Preparation of recommendations to senior management for opportunities of new business and costs savings where applicable.SKILLS AND ABILITIESAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and database toolsDemonstrated understanding of analysis of data and financial reports and ability to present to senior management.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management across multiple organizations.Ability to manage projects and processes, and to create insightful analyses independently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to meet tight deadlinesTeam player, and detail-oriented.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in finance or business with at least 2 years' experience gained in an analytical role.Advanced Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet analysis skills.Experience in the telecom industry is desirable, but not required.Experience with the NetSuite accounting application and the Clarity reporting tool are a plus.DIRECT REPORTSJunior AnalystWe provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation and training.
