SAP SuccessFactor Functional consultant

Our client is fortune 100 Company working into Aviation Domain.

• Participates in developing functional requirements, testing, training, and implementing Applications
• Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefits analysis in an effort to align information technology with business objectives
• Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Designs, configures, and tests various SAP Modules -Manages SAP implementations
• Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
• Carries out complex or Client assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
• Takes responsibility primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients
• Develops and evaluates plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership. -Provides detailed knowledge of industry best practices
• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyzes, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
• Work with project managers to ensure successful on-time completion of integrations workstream deliverables
• Lead customer workshops to define requirements
• Drive client to leverage best practices in the user of the HCM solution
• Develop integration solutions using SAP ABAP
• Understand the HCM data model and can oversee data loads from and to other solutions
• Conduct research on topics within the field of HCM or basic HR processes
• Actively shares knowledge with colleagues

• Demonstrating extensive abilities configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM solutions
• Well versed with SAP ECC PA/OM skillset Must know SuccessFactors BizX Platform, API's, Role based permissions
• Knowledge of any SuccessFactors talent modules will be added advantage
• SAP ECC to SuccessFactors integration experience
• Able to create functional specifications and work with resources on the development team for solution delivery
• Advanced knowledge of implementation methodology and project management concepts
• Familiar with developing integration solutions using middleware SAP PO or SAP ABAP
• Involvement in at least 2 full project implementations
• 3+ years of experiences in integrations development in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
• 2+ years of experience designing/building integrations using middleware (SAP PO/ BTP)
• Expert knowledge in SuccessFactors data models, API's, and integration tools (CompoundEmployee, OData API's, Integration Center, etc.)
• Ability to mentor and guiding team members
• Ability to manage project deliverables and meet project deadlines
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or HR Path employees
• Skilled in translating technical concepts into functional level usage for clients, both verbally and in written format

• Certification in SAP HCM and/or any of SuccessFactors modules
