Email Designer

Description Robert Half is seeking a talented Email Template Designer with Front-End Development and Pardot experience to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to design and develop visually appealing and effective email templates that support our overall marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for design and be proficient in HTML, CSS, and Pardot.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing team to design and develop effective email templates that align with overall marketing campaigns.

Ensure that all email templates are visually appealing, engaging, and mobile-responsive.

Develop and maintain a library of email templates that can be used across multiple campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize email template performance.

Utilize Pardot to create dynamic content and personalize email templates based on customer behavior and preferences.

Monitor email deliverability and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email design and development.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in email template design and development

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Pardot

Strong understanding of email design best practices and mobile responsiveness

Experience with A/B testing and email deliverability monitoring

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web development, or related field preferred
